Joël Jacob, the president of Haute Ecole Albert Jacquard in Belgium, Marc Bernadich Marquez, the director of academic affairs in UVic-UCC UManresa, and the delegation of 4 members visited Wuxi Institute of Technology (WXIT). WXIT president Zhou Guijin participated in the meeting.
President Zhou Guijin expressed his warm welcome to the foreign guests and introduced the history, academic characteristics, and achievements of WXIT in recent years. He said that Belgium and Spain have always been closely connected with China in the field of educational cooperation and cultural exchanges, and under the impetus of the Belt and Road initiative and the concept of global education community, we are looking forward to carrying out a series of fruitful exchanges and cooperation in the fields of mutual visits of students and teachers, scientific research cooperation, Sino-foreign cooperation, and cooperation in school running, and so on.

They shared the valuable experience and remarkable achievements in academic research, international exchanges and talent cultivation of the two colleges. The two colleges indicated that they have commonalities in many aspects of WXIT. The leaders of two colleges hoped that they will share educational resources and have multi-field exchanges and cooperation with WXIT.
