On November 7th, the 25th WXIT Sports Meeting was held in the stadium of Taihu campus. WXIT leaders, athletes, representatives of teachers and students participated in the sports meeting. International students from school of international education also joined the meeting. International student parade from 10 countries including Tanzania, Republic of the Congo, Russia, Thailand and Indonesia, was a highlight of the opening ceremony.
The event kicked off with music and dance performances, showcasing the cultural diversity and exchanges. James from Indonesia, an avid martial art enthusiast, praised the art form as not just a physical exercise but also a profound window into Chinese culture. It is a vibrant cultural feast to have international student parade in the sport meeting.
