On the morning of September 27th, WXIT School of International Education held the closing ceremony of 2024 Indonesian Students learning Tour —“Wu Cultural Experience”. Zhang Xiaoming, the dean of school of international education attended the closing ceremony and awarded the graduation certificate to the Indonesian teachers and students.
President Zhang Xiaoming mentioned in his speech that China and Indonesia are both populous countries and play an important role in regional economic development. Under the joint initiative and strong support of the government departments of China and Indonesia, WXIT has carried out in-depth mutual understanding and cooperation.
WXIT regularly holds various cultural exchange activities, providing a platform for Indonesia and Chinese students to understand the culture of each other. We also actively organize academic seminars, inviting scholars from China and Indonesia to discuss hot topics in the fields of culture and education, and promote exchanges and cooperation between the academic communities. Teacher representative Huxun made a summary report on the overall operation of the learning tour, and used a five-minute short film to review the trip in Wuxi. Ms. MYRIAM, Principal of the Indonesian High School, once again appreciated the communication opportunities and all the support.
Looking ahead, WXIT will continue to play the role of a bridge and a hub to promote the in-depth development of cultural and educational exchanges between China and Indonesia.
