On September 13th, the President of the World Skills Development Alliance, the Director of the Ministry of Culture and Innovation Committee, the President of the Spain College of Labor of Barcelona, the vice president of the European Association of Vocational Education, as well as the National Assessment and Accreditation Center of the United Kingdom visited WXIT. Wu Huiyuan, the Vice President of WXIT, Zhang Xiaoming, the Director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Department and other relevant officials participated in the reception.
At the meeting, WXIT Vice President Wu Huiyuan welcomed all the participants and made an introduction of WXIT. Zhang Xiaoming introduced the specific work related to the international cooperation and exchange, the Sino-foreign cooperation programs and institutions, and the education of international students, and international programs.
Subsequently, Oscar Van Till, the President of the World Skills Development Alliance, and Parma Gergai, the Director of Ministry of Culture and Innovation Committee, expressed their gratitude for the warm reception of WXIT and spoke highly of our achievements. At the meeting, Jose Luis Duran, the President of the College of Labor in Barcelona, Spain, also introduced the current situation of vocational education in Spain, and proposed cooperation intentions in terms of professional certification of vocational education and curriculum standards certification.
After the meeting, the delegation visited the intelligent manufacturing Engineering Center, and the other academic departments to know more about the professional development and talent training.
