I. Majors Available for Admission

II. Eligible Applicants
Applicants shall be non-Chinese citizens between the ages of 18 and 25 in good health (as of July 15 of the year of application, including July 15), with a high school diploma or above; for those who are under the age of 18 before August 31 of the year of application, please click to view the specific requirements. The college follows the regulations of No. 12 Jiaowai Notice for 2020 of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, which is stipulated as follows: 1. In accordance with Article 5 of the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China, any person whose parents are both Chinese nationals and have both settled abroad, or one of whose parents is a Chinese national and has settled abroad, and who has acquired foreign nationality at birth, shall not have Chinese nationality. Starting from 2021, students who apply for admission into Chinese colleges and universities as international students shall hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for at least 4 years (including 4 years) in addition to meeting other eligibility requirements of the colleges and universities. Besides, the applicants shall have lived in any country other than China for more than 2 years in the last 4 years, before April 30 of the year of admission, and the actual residence in a foreign country for 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, which is subject to entry and exit stamps. 2. If residents of the Chinese Mainland (Mainland), Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan immigrate to a foreign country and acquire foreign nationality, they shall meet the first requirement of this notice while applying for admission to Chinese colleges and universities as international students.
III. Period for Application
Application for admission in the autumn semester of 2022 shall be made from February 21 to July 15, 2022.
IV. Materials for Application
1. Copy of information page of personal ordinary passport
2. High school diploma
For certificates in languages other than Chinese and English, Chinese or English translations of original notarized copies shall be provided. The notarized documents shall be provided by Chinese embassies or consulates in foreign countries or by foreign embassies or consulates in China; for high school students graduating in the year of application, they shall present originals of expected graduation certificates issued by high schools. If admitted, originals of high school diploma shall be brought for verification at the time of registration.
3. Originals or notarized documents of high school transcripts of all courses
For transcripts in languages other than Chinese and English, Chinese or English translations of original notarized documents shall be provided. The notarized documents shall be provided by Chinese embassies or consulates in foreign countries.
4. Proof of language proficiency
A Certificate of New HSK Level 4 (total score ≥ 180) or above is required
5. Physical examination form for foreigners (within six months) or the current valid visa in China.
6. Proof of payment of the registration fee
For remittance through bricks-and-mortar bank or online banking, a photo of the remittance certificate or a screenshot of the online remittance shall be submitted.
7. Other supporting application materials
For instance, award certificates, transcript of national college entrance examination of the country of origin, admission notices from other universities.
When applying online, all the application materials shall be uploaded. If there is no corresponding column, please upload it to the supplementary materials column. When registering in the school, please bring the relevant certificates and originals of proofs for verification (please pay attention to the specific requirements listed in the “Registration Instructions” which is posted together with the admission notice). Once application materials are found to be false, the admission qualification will be cancelled.
V. Application Method
Step 1: Apply Online
Log on to the online registration system of Wuxi Institute of Technology at https://wxit.at0086.cn/StuApplication/Login.aspx to complete the online registration.
Step 2: Pay the Registration Fee
Registration Fee: RMB 500 (Once the registration fee is paid, it will not be refunded)

Bank Remittance
For remittance through bricks-and-mortar bank or online banking, the registration fee shall be remitted beforehand and the remittance certificate shall be uploaded to the application system when applying online.

VI. Standard of Tuition and Fees (RMB)

All expenses shall be paid at the time of registration.
VII. Admission Process
Admission to Wuxi Institute of Technology is based on the system in which application materials are checked and reviewed, and writing tests or interviews are organized by each school of the college. The college will make a comprehensive evaluation based on the student’s conditions and select the best ones for admission.
VIII. Admission and Registration
1. Please keep an eye on the application status in the online application system. If admission is accepted, the application status will be changed to “Admitted”. Two weeks after admission, admission notices and other admission materials will be posted.
2. Admitted applicants shall go to Chinese embassies or consulates in foreign countries to apply for study visas with ordinary passports, Admission Notice of Wuxi Institute of Technology, Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202 Form). Once the visa is granted, please register with the college at the time specified in the notice with the above materials and apply for a residence permit at the Exit-Entry Division of Wuxi Public Security Bureau in accordance with relevant regulations.
3. Students who submit expected graduation certificates at the time of application are required to bring formal graduation certificates upon registration.
