Degree Seeking Students
Before finishing the study, degree seeking international students shall go to the Student Management Office of the School of International Education to get the “College-Leaving Notice” within the specified time, and go through the following procedures:
(1) Go to the school of your major to go through relevant procedures for leaving college;
(2) Cancel your student ID card and All-in-One Card;
(3) Go to the library to go through relevant procedures for leaving college;
(4) Settle your financial account in the college;
(5) If you live in an on-campus student dormitory, you are required to check out according to regulations;
(6) Collect your academic transcripts and certificates;
(7) International students are required to leave the college within two weeks from the date of graduation or completion of the study;
(8) The college will not offer academic transcripts and certificates to international students failing to complete college-leaving procedures.
Non-degree Seeking Students
After finishing studies in Wuxi Institute of Technology, Chinese language trainees, preparatory course students and professional study students shall go to the Student Management Office of the School of International Education to get the “College-Leaving Form” and apply for academic transcripts and certificates within the specified time, and go through the following procedures:
(1) Settle your financial account in the college;
(2) Cancel your student ID card;
(3) Check out according to regulations;
(4) Apply for academic transcripts and certificates;
(5) International students are required to leave the college within two weeks from the date of graduation or completion of the study;
(6) The college will not offer academic transcripts and certificates to international students failing to complete college-leaving procedures.
(7) International students who continue to study at the college in the next semester will be issued a certificate of completion after their completion of studies instead of being issued for the time being.
