On March 22nd, a delegation of 30 teachers and students from the Kolding International Business School, our partner in the Sino-Danish education cooperation project, visited the campus. International students from Malaysia University of Management and Science, students from Sino-Danish education cooperation project and members of the student associations participated in this cultural exchange activity.
In the morning, organized by the International Exchange Department and the Management School, the delegates visited Jiangsu Huashang Urban Distribution Network Co., Ltd., the business partner of our institute In the logistics warehouse, the delegation learned about the next -generation O2O intelligent home distribution e-commerce system first hand. During the visit, the Danish guests showed tremendous interest in the intelligent logistics management system.
In the afternoon, the delegation toured the Lihu Lake and visited the campus. Together with the Malaysian students, Sino-foreign cooperation project students, as well as students from the TAICHI Association, Chinese Folk Music Association, Han Culture Research Club, and the Painting and Calligraphy Association, the Danish delegates participated in the cultural exchange activites. Hanfu dance, Taichi and flute performed by our students showed the unique Chinese culture. The Beatbox of Malaysian students and the hip-hop performance given by Danish students also won the applause. The students of the Painting and Calligraphy Association showed the art of Chinese painting and calligraphy, they even wrote the Chinese names of the foreign guests and painted flowers and birds for them. Wang Jihong, a teacher from the school library showed the exquisite silk of screen flower making process to the delegates, and taught them on site.
In recent years, Kolding International Business School of Denmark sent delegations of teachers and students to our institute for cultural exchanges annually, enabling more European students to know more about China, providing more opportunities for teachers and students from China and Denmark to interact with each other, and boosting the international influence of the Institute.
