As one of the second batch of colleges joining the Sino-German automotive and mechatronic vocational education Program-SGAVE Program, WXIT has been running the program for two years. According to arrangement of the program management team, a general audit will be made of the first and second batches of 15 colleges to get to know the implementation situation of the program.

From May 22 to May 23, the external audit team made an overall audit of SGAVE program in our college, which was made up of three members. They were Mr. Peter Naust, Development Manager of certification program Volkswagen Imported Company (China), Mr. Wenkui Lan from Chongqing Industry Polytechnic College, and Mr. Hongliang Lin from Shaanxi College of Communication Technology. College leaders Fanghong Gong, Yong Dai, Yuan Feng, Jing Gu as well as directors from Quality Control Department, Academic Affairs Office, School of International Education, and responsible persons of Department of Automotive Technology and instructors and students of SGAVE Program took part in relevant activities of the audit.

According to the audit team the training quality of students in the program at WXIT is high, program management is standard, and the relationship with dealers is close. Pertinent suggestions were also given to improve the implementation of the program. President Fanghong Gong said that the college would continue to attach great importance to Sino-German SGAVE Program, and that the college would further increase investment in the program, seriously carry out all the work and improve our program execution level.
