On June 22, 2018 graduation ceremony of Sino-U.S. joint-program was successfully hold at International exchange Hall in WXIT. Before the ceremony, leaders from both sides discussed the status and development of the joint program. 49 graduates obtained the certificates of WXIT, and 31 graduates obtained both Associate Degrees of Alamo St.Phillip College and WXIT certificates.  

Attending the graduation ceremony were the Chancellor and Board of Trustees from Alamo Colleges as well as the presidents and faculties of WXIT. The graduation ceremony was held by WXIT Vice President Mr. Feng Yuan. Faculties from school of International education organized ceremony. WXIT President Mr.Gong Fang hong and the Chancellor of Alamo Colleges Dr. Bruce Leslie delivered the ceremony speeches respectively. The chairwoman of board of trustees Dr. Yvonne Katz also encouraged students that commencement is the beginning of new lives for graduates.

The graduates are awarded degrees and certificates at the ceremony. All the attendees took graduation photos with graduates and encouraged them to develop their quality of being thoughtful and creative so that they can make their dreams come true.
