Recently, WXIT has ranked among “The Top 50 Higher Vocational Colleges on International Influence”. The list is from “2017 Chinese Higher Vocational Education Annual Report” which is hosted by national conference of vocational and technical colleges and published in Beijing. The ranking is based on the number of International students, International staff training, International industry standard, etc. The index of list indicates the level of international influence of colleges.

In order to implement the spirit of first-class, distinguished features, and internationally-known college and support “The Belt and Road”, WXIT has established the educational cooperation with more than 30 countries. WXIT has 5 International programs, among which the U.S. program in the major of Mechanical Engineering and Automation, and the Denmark program in the major of Marketing have been selected in the “Top -Level Demonstration Projects of Jiangsu Province”. Since 2014, WXIT has been recruiting International students, and now there are more than 400 International students from 40 countries, which ranked the first in Jiangsu Province. Besides, WXIT has joint programs in bachelor and graduate education with 5 Indonesia Universities including Malaysia Management and Scientific University, Mohammed Universities, Trishaqdi Educational group and etc. WXIT will explore more development opportunities and in-depth cooperation in new areas on the International platform in the future.
