On December 2, Faculties from SEMOLEC, 4 Presidents as well as 6 Directors from Indonesian Universities visited WXIT.

Indonesian delegates visited WXIT Manufacturing Intelligent Center and Training Rooms from Internet of Things and Automobile Major. Delegates spoke highly of the teaching facilities and campus environment. After that, WXIT Party Secretary Mr. Zhu Ai sheng, Vice President Mr. Feng Yuan had an official meeting with all Indonesian Delegates in the International Exchange Center. Directors from WXIT School of Internet of Things and School of Automobile participated in this meeting as well. During the meeting, representatives from both sides dicussed short-term educational exchange and double-diploma joint program in depth. Party Secretary Mr. Zhu Ai sheng signed memorandum with Education Ministers of SEMOLEC as well as 4 Presidents from Indoneasian Universities respectively. In the end, Mr. Zhu Ai sheng noted that China and Indonesia enjoyed a long history of cooperation in many ways. Recently, in reponse to Chinese National Policy “One Belt, One Road”, WXIT has recruited around 100 International students, most of whom are from Indonesian high schools.

Two institutions have established profound friendship because of educational cooperation. In the past 2 years, SEMOLEC sent many Indoneasian students to study in WXIT and developed teacher training program, especially in the major of Automotive Engineering and Mechanical Automation. WXIT Party Secretary Mr. Zhu Ai sheng also expressed his hope to further cooperation in educational programs and achieve mutual benefits and improvement.
