On November 11, WXIT Opening Ceremony for 2016 International students was held successfully. 92 new students from Indoneasia, Laos, Thailand, Pakestani, Turkey and Nigeria will start their new learning experiences in WXIT. In this ceremony, International Students in 2014 and 2015 are awarded the prize of Chinese Learning.

This ceremony is hosted by WXIT Vice President Mr. Feng Yuan. WXIT Party Secretary Mr. Zhu Ai sheng summarized achievements in management and education of International students. Teacher representative as well as student representative delivered speeches about teaching and learning in this ceremony respectively. Moreover, the policeman from Entry and Exist Administration Mr. Li was invited to introduce the knowledge about living security education for new International students.

In recent years, the education of International students has developed rapidly. Except for new students, other International students in 2014 and 2015 have passed Chinese language test HSK level 3 and 4 and started to learn professional courses which have increased from 4 to 6 majors. Moreover, WXIT also offered credit-transfer program for graduate students of Indoneasia Mohammed University.
